Farm to Easel Art Auction in support of Wolfe’s Neck Center

Val donated the painting “Field of Cows”, acrylic on wood framed in a hand-made Harpswell oak frame created by John Wright, for this auction. 

The event is on September 11th from 3-6pm at the Historic Mallet Barn, 625 Wolfe's Neck Road.

Roxanne York Real Estate and Harpswell Aging at Home

Upham Design, in collaboration with one of the local real estate agencies, Roxanne York Real Estate, and Harpswell Aging at Home (HAH), is providing packs of postcards to older Harpswell residents so they can stay in touch with loved ones. Harpswell Aging at Home volunteers will distribute packages of 4 pre-stamped postcards featuring original art by Valerie Upham. This collaborative project provides the perfect opportunity for Harpswell residents to communicate with friends and family with a lovely visual and personal message.

Everyone loves to get mail!

Roxanne York Real Estate serves Midcoast Maine coastal communities, but calls Harpswell home. The staff is pleased to underwrite this project ensuring that local residents maintain healthy relationships with those near and far. 

Harpswell Aging at Home is the organization that brings it all together, providing services that enable older residents to thrive in their homes. There is no better way to do that than to stay in touch - sharing news, observations, thoughts and feelings. 

Habitat for Humanity 7 Rivers Maine

In Spring of 2022, Val Upham donated 20 original paintings to Habitat for Humanity 7 Rivers Maine as part of a Love to Build fundraising campaign.
